VT Group Focuses Business on C4ISR Market

As part of its continued strategic focus on the C4ISR market, VT Group announces the sale of its Healthcare and International Hospitality business segments to Sangha Associates, a company owned and operated by former VT Group CEO, Dean Willard. The Healthcare business involves the delivery of nurse call and real-time location systems and solutions and services to hospitals. The International Hospitality business involves designing, building, installing and maintaining Gigabit Passive Optical Networks (GPON) for in-room and back-of-house solutions and services to hotels located outside of North America. The transaction closed on October 31, 2017.

“The divestiture of VT Group’s Healthcare and International Hospitality segments is the right deal at the right time for both parties,” said John Hassoun, President and CEO, VT Group. “VT Group will continue to focus on driving growth in its core services and offerings.”
