The Air Force Security Assistance & Cooperation Directorate (AFSAC), within the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), manages Foreign Military Sales (FMS) for over 112 countries and international organizations. AFSAC’s case tracking process—central to the Letter of Request to Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) —was manual, inconsistent, and reliant on SharePoint folders, making it difficult to track progress, locate documents, and maintain process reliability. VTG partnered with AFSAC to develop and implement the Electronic Case Portal (ECP), powered by VTG’s vKesi™ platform, tailored to deliver actionable results for AFSAC through centralizing, automating, and standardizing the FMS case tracking process.
VTG’s ECP solution transforms AFSAC’s case tracking, bringing reliability, transparency, greater collaboration, and efficiency to their critical global mission. Serving as a single source of truth, ECP enables better coordination, faster response times, and improved service levels to international partners. By automating milestone scheduling and tracking, AFSAC can proactively manage commitments and adjust resources to meet customer expectations. To date, ECP supports the Air Force’s management of its $217 billion security assistance portfolio across over 7,000 cases, strengthening the Air Force’s global coalition of partnerships.
