David J. Lee currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions at VTG. Before joining VTG, David co-founded Triaplex Inc., a company that provides radio-frequency technology solutions for the aerospace and defense sectors. He is also the Managing Partner of 202 Ventures, where he invests in advanced technologies and startups that serve government clients.

David has held multiple executive positions at ASRC Federal, Vistronix, Noblis NSP, and LMN Solutions. He began his career by leading global programs at Booz Allen Hamilton. In addition to his professional roles, David is an active member of the community, participating in fundraising efforts for independent and public schools in Washington, D.C., as well as youth baseball and basketball programs. He also serves on the boards of the Giveback Foundation and the Executive Advisory Committee at James Madison University.
