Kelley DeConciliis serves as VTG’s Senior Vice President of Integration. She is responsible for overseeing the integration of new mergers and acquisitions within VTG.
DeConciliis brings over 20 years of experience as a trusted advisor on classified international operations, tech start-ups, acquisitions, counter-bioterrorism, expeditionary medicine, exfiltration services, and complex cybersecurity programs.
DeConciliis previously served as Chief Operating Officer at SASSI, a Women Owned Small Business supporting the Intelligence Community, a company she led from 2018 to 2024. Before SASSI, DeConciliis managed the second largest supply chain for PEPFAR at USAID to over 16 African countries. She ran medical programs for the world’s largest health care system under the Defense Health Agency (DHA) with 60 Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs) around the globe, Forward Operating Bases (FOBs), detention centers, and the White House Medical Unit. At Microsoft, Kelley worked under Bill Gates’ Research and Development Sector after the acquisition of her data analytics start-up, Azyxxi. After 9/11, DeConciliis developed a national prototype for the next generation “all risks ready” emergency department in Washington, DC.
As an exfiltration expert within the Intelligence Community, she currently serves as Vice Chairman and Adjunct Professor at The Institute of World Politics and on the Board of Directors at Operator Relief Fund. She holds a Neuro-psychology degree from The Catholic University of America and has been featured as a security and exfiltration commentator on CNN, Fox News, and The Washington Post.
