Michael Anne is a former CIA Senior Executive with nearly 30 years of experience leading the Agency’s strategic programs, assessing global risk, and operating at the intersection of intelligence, technology, and national security. Her illustrious career spanned multiple directorates and included domestic and international leadership positions.

Michael Anne has deep expertise in high-stakes communication and navigating complex transnational issues ranging from counterterrorism to the “great power” competition.

She is a seasoned professional in briefing members of the executive and legislative branches of government. She is recognized for her collaborative work across the US Intelligence Community (USIC) to advance critical national security programs, particularly in the field of emerging technologies.

Michael Anne has received multiple awards for her work to protect national security, including the CIA’s Distinguished Career Intelligence Medal (DCIM), the Defense Intelligence Agency’s Certificate of Distinction, and the Superior Civilian Service Award, one of the highest Department of the Army Awards for civilians.
