Mr. Rodney Alto is a Special Advisor to VTG, where he provides unique insight on National Security go-to-market strategies and merger and acquisition opportunities.

Mr. Alto served for more than 35 years at the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), retiring as a Senior Intelligence Service (SIS) Executive and most recently as the Director of the Global Infrastructure Office (D/GIO). Before serving as D/GIO, Mr. Alto served as the Director of Mission Support at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI).

Mr. Alto is currently a Goldman Sachs Operating Advisor, serving in two roles: conducting initial due diligence reviews on prospective Goldman Sachs technology investments and then providing strategic advice to Goldman Sachs portfolio companies on go-to-market strategies for growing their Public sector business. Mr. Alto also serves as a Senior Advisor to CEOs at Forward Networks, Bastille, and Fortanix. He is also an Executive Consultant to Google National Security and a member of the F5 Federal board.
