Tim Moore leads VTG’s Advanced Programs Group. The Advanced Programs Group is responsible for driving expansion into critical defense markets by delivering cutting-edge technologies and transformative digital solutions that enhance the Department of Defense’s operational readiness and strategic superiority.

Tim joined VTG following the acquisition of Vana Solutions. In his role as Vana’s President, Tim led the organization through aggressive growth, the expansion of core capabilities, and established deep and enduring customer relationships.

Tim has over 30 years of proven leadership and management experience in both the government and commercial aerospace landscape. As a Director and Program Manager at The Boeing Company, Tim successfully captured and managed a $5.7 billion modernization portfolio. Prior to that, Tim built a thriving consulting practice for PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, growing it into a multi-million dollar business in just three years. Before joining the commercial sector, Tim served for 20 years in the United States Air Force, specializing in system acquisition and information management. Tim has delivered multiple programs of national scope spanning all phases of acquisition from formulating strategy, initial design, and development to production, fielding, and sustainment.

Tim holds a Master of Arts in Purchasing, Procurement, and Contract Management from Webster University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management and Services from Bellevue University. He is also a Department of Defense (DoD) Level III certified Program Manager.
