Ted Timberlake, Chief Legal Officer, is an experienced transactions, corporate, operations, government contracting, and compliance attorney. Ted leads VTG’s legal, contracts, risk management, and industrial security departments. Ted previously served as General Counsel of Vistronix Intelligence and Technology Solutions and Global Integrated Security (USA) and worked in the legal departments of General Dynamics (NYSE: GD) and Veridian (NYSE: VNX). In collaboration with other executives, Ted has successfully planned and executed several complex strategic financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and post-acquisition integrations, including three acquisitions at VTG and the acquisitions of six technology companies and the sale of the company to ASRC Federal at Vistronix Intelligence and Technology Solutions. Ted received his juris doctor degree magna cum laude from The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia. He is admitted to the Virginia State Bar and the Fourth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.
